New Checkpoint Friendly Guidelines Effective August 16, 2008

Effective August 16, 2008, TSA allows laptops to remain in bags that meet the new “checkpoint friendly” guidelines & provide a clear and unobstructed X-ray image of the laptop. TSA still has discretion on the screening of laptops; if TSA cannot see the laptop image clearly, the customer will be asked to take it out of the bag. Press Release...
